Hi, I'm Janeen — founder of Waistini Body.

I've been in the health and wellness industry since 2012, and helping women feel confident in their bodies has always been at the heart of what I do. I began my journey with Waist Not Want Not Slimming & Shaping Boutique, where I sold waist trainers and shaping products designed to help women feel waistini, supported, and confident. What started there grew into a deeper passion for transformation, body confidence, and creating real results for women who want to look and feel their best.

In 2021, I launched Waistini Body with a vision to offer more than just body sculpting services. I wanted to create a luxury experience centered around confidence, results, and care — a space where women could come to sculpt, enhance, recover, and maintain their bodies while feeling supported every step of the way.

As my brand evolved, so did my commitment to mastering my craft. In 2024, I traveled to Cali, Colombia to further my education and became certified in Post-Op Care and Wood Therapy, expanding the level of expertise and service I'm able to provide my clients. After completing my training in Colombia, I relocated to South Florida, where I continued building my brands and expanding my services in the beauty, body, and recovery space.

That same year, I launched Butterfly Effect Recovery, my private post-op care business dedicated to servicing women who have undergone cosmetic surgery and need personalized recovery support. Through Butterfly Effect Recovery, I provide hands-on post-op care designed to help clients heal comfortably, safely, and confidently during one of the most important parts of their transformation journey.

The Waistini Empire was built for the woman who wants luxury, confidence, and real results. Whether you're booking body sculpting, post-op care, butt enhancement, or wellness support, my goal is to provide an experience that feels elevated, personalized, and worth every moment. I believe in helping women invest in themselves, feel powerful in their bodies, and walk away feeling more confident than when they came in.
